Hot Artichoke Dip


1 can or jar of artichoke hearts (marinated or not)
approx 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
scant 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 t dry mustard

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process well. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until warm and slightly brown.

Serve with crackers.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Notes:

This is a very popular appetizer that gets me compliments whenever I serve it.
