6 raw oysters, shucked or on the half shell
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 t fresh ginger, chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 T Sambal Oelek or to taste
1 T rice vinegar
1 T lemon juice
Mix the teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic, Sambal, vinegar and lemon juice. Place Oysters
in an 8" pie dish or oven-proof plate. Spoon sauce over oysters and place under a preheated
broiler. Cook until oysters start to curl along their edges basting once with the rest of the
sauce.
Makes 2 servings.
